Design A la Carte

For some customers this is all they need to give them the confidence, and direction to proceed on their own.  We will spend 2 hours answering your questions, and presenting ideas, while gathering all the information needed to move forward with your design. Should you choose one of our design packages, the consultation fee of $6000 pesos will be credited back to you.

After the initial consultation Design Renderings will bring all the ideas discussed to life allowing you to visualize them in your space. This is a detailed road map for customers that have the time and enjoy shopping for furniture and accessories themselves. This service is also very helpful for those customers that want to restyle their existing furnishings and add accessories.

During your consultation we will give you ideas to cost effectively enhance your property to attract more bookings. We will discuss re-styling the existing furnishings and adding simple decor items to freshen the look. Once the changes are complete we will return to stage your property for photos. The Consultation is included, additional cost for properties over 100 sqm
